When you subscribe to Countertop Tech Review, we save your email address, selected reading interest, consent time, and the publication you chose. Your subscription is for this publication; it does not automatically subscribe you to the other sites in our publishing group.

Subscriber records are stored in private persistent storage attached to our Railway application. They are not published in the website or shared with sponsors. A subscription does not create a forum account.

The signup confirmation page gives you a private unsubscribe link. Keep it to remove your subscription. Future newsletter emails will also need to contain an unsubscribe option. You can request help through the publisher’s contact and corrections route; do not post your email address in a public issue.

The site remembers dismissal of the signup popup in your browser for seven days. It does not use an advertising tracker for that setting. Signup requests may be temporarily rate-limited using a one-way hash of the connection address.
