MSI’s Bocage expansion brought blue and cinnamon into the mix

MSI’s March 7, 2025 release introduced Calacatta Azulean and Calacatta Cinela to its Bocage quartz collection. The company described blue and blonde movement in Azulean and cinnamon-colored veining in Cinela, with both offered in 2cm and 3cm slabs at the time of the announcement.

For a showroom that mostly displays white-and-gray choices, these designs provide another way to discuss warmth and color. They can also help customers explain whether they want a countertop to blend into the room or become a more visible feature.

Coordinate the sample, then plan the slab

Bring the proposed cabinetry, flooring and backsplash into the same sample review. A vein that looks subtle in isolation may read much more strongly beside a contrasting cabinet color. It is useful to photograph the agreed palette for the job file, while explaining that a photograph is not a substitute for seeing the material.

Once a customer narrows the choice, review the full slab and intended layout. Waterfall ends and tall backsplashes expose more of a pattern than a standard perimeter top. Those details deserve discussion before the final estimate is accepted.

MSI’s release is a concrete record of how the collection expanded. For a shop, the opportunity is to turn a new color announcement into a more precise design consultation, supported by current stock and fabrication information.
